When you order or contact us we collect the details you give us: your name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number and what you bought. When you pay, your card details go straight to our payment providers and are not stored by us. As you browse, we also collect standard technical information like your device type, browser and the pages you view, mostly through cookies.
We use your information to take and deliver your order, arrange installation, handle returns and guarantees, answer your messages, and keep you updated about your purchase. With your consent we may send you marketing about products we think you'll like, and you can opt out at any time. We also use anonymised data to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
We only share what's necessary, and only with people who help us run the business: delivery and installation partners, our payment providers (including Klarna and Clearpay if you choose them), and the services that host and power the website. We never sell your data. Some providers may process data outside the UK, in which case we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.
Our site uses cookies to keep your basket working, remember your preferences and measure how the site performs. You can control or block cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
We process your data to fulfil the contract when you order, to meet our legal obligations such as tax and consumer law, and on the basis of our legitimate interests in running and improving the business. We keep order information for as long as we need it to fulfil the order, honour the guarantee and meet our legal and tax obligations. After that we delete it or anonymise it.
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop us using it for marketing. To make any of these requests, just contact us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data.

Yes. We offer free delivery to most of the UK mainland, with nothing added at checkout. Some remote areas, including the Scottish Highlands and islands, may involve a longer timeframe or a surcharge, so please get in touch before ordering if you are unsure. Assembly is available as an optional paid add-on.
Yes. We offer Klarna and Clearpay, letting you split your order into 3 interest-free payments. Select Klarna or Clearpay at checkout. 18+, T&Cs apply, credit subject to status.
Our beds, and a number of our sofas, are handmade here in the UK. The rest of the sofa range is designed by us here in the UK and built to our designs by specialist manufacturers in Europe and Asia that we have worked with for years. Every product page tells you which is which, and every piece carries the same 5-year guarantee.
Every piece comes with our 5-year frame guarantee. If something goes wrong with the frame in normal use, we put it right.
Most orders are delivered within 7 to 15 days. In-stock items are often sooner, while made-to-order pieces use the full window. The exact dates for your item are shown on its product page.
