Where is Swaye furniture made?
Many of our beds and selected sofas are handmade to order in the UK by skilled craftspeople. Some ranges are imported. Each product page tells you whether that particular item is made in the UK.
Do you offer free UK delivery?
Yes. We offer free delivery to most of the UK mainland. Some remote areas, including the Scottish Highlands and islands, may involve a longer timeframe or a surcharge, so please get in touch before ordering if you are unsure about your area.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 7 to 15 days. In-stock items are often sooner, while made-to-order pieces use the full window. The exact dates for your item are shown on its product page, and you are welcome to ask us to check current timings before you order.
Can I choose the fabric and colour?
Yes. Our made-to-order pieces come in a wide range of fabrics and colours. We recommend ordering a free swatch first so you can feel the material and check the colour in your own light before you decide.
Can I order free fabric swatches?
Yes. Order free fabric swatches and we will post samples to your door, so you can check the colour and texture before you commit.
Is assembly included?
Your furniture is delivered into the room of your choice. Professional assembly is available as an optional paid add-on, which you can select at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
In-stock items can be returned within 30 days, though a collection fee applies and original delivery charges are non-refundable. Made-to-order and bespoke items are built specially for you, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind, but you can cancel within 48 hours of placing your order. If anything arrives faulty, please contact us within 48 hours. Full details are on our Returns page.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. Every piece is covered by our 5-year guarantee, for complete peace of mind.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. You can spread the cost and pay in 3 instalments at checkout.
