Delivery and assembly

How it works

Because almost everything is made to order, your piece goes into production once your order is confirmed. When it's ready, we'll get in touch to book a delivery day that actually suits you, rather than telling you when to be in.

On the day, our two-person team brings it inside and puts it where you want it. If you added professional assembly at checkout, we'll build it in the room and take all the packaging away, so you're left with a finished piece and nothing to flatten for the recycling.

Delivery timeframes

Most orders are delivered within 7 to 15 days:

• Beds & mattresses are delivered within 7 to 15 days.
• Sofas are delivered within 7 to 15 days. In-stock pieces tagged for quick delivery are often sooner, while made-to-order sofas use the full window.
• If anything is temporarily out of stock or needs extra production time, we'll tell you and give you an updated estimate rather than leave you guessing.

If you'd like to check current timings before you order, just ask and we'll give you an honest answer.

Booking your delivery

Once your order is ready, a member of our team will be in touch to arrange a day that works for you. You'll get:

• A nominated delivery day.
• A time slot, usually confirmed the day before.
• A courtesy call from the driver before they arrive.

Professional assembly

If you've chosen our assembly service, the team will deliver to your room of choice, unpack everything, build it to the manufacturer's instructions and take the packaging with them. Assembly doesn't include structural alterations, wall mounting, electrical work or changes to your furniture or property.

Getting the room ready

A little prep makes the day go smoothly. Check the dimensions on your product's page against your narrowest doorway, hallway and any tight turns on the stairs, and clear a path to the room if you can. Please make sure someone over 18 is home to let us in.

Our team can normally carry items up to two floors, or use a lift where one is available and the furniture fits safely inside. They aren't able to move your existing furniture, remove fixtures or fittings, or take away old furniture, so it helps to have the space clear beforehand.

Access restrictions

Please tell us in advance about anything that could make access tricky, such as limited parking, narrow doorways, restricted entry to a building or awkward staircases. If we can't complete a delivery because of an access issue we weren't told about, the delivery may be recorded as failed, a redelivery charge may apply and the original delivery charge won't be refunded.

Not ready for it yet?

Moving house, mid-renovation, or waiting on a carpet fitter? Pick the delayed delivery option on the product page and give us your earliest date. We'll hold your order and arrange delivery after that, with no storage fees and no chasing.

Where we deliver

We deliver to most areas of the UK mainland. For some locations, including the Scottish Highlands, the islands and other remote areas, delivery may be handled by a trusted courier partner and could involve a longer timeframe or an additional charge. If you're not sure about your area, get in touch before you order and we'll let you know.

Checking your delivery

Please inspect your furniture when it arrives. If anything has been damaged in transit, let us know within 48 hours so we can put it right quickly. Full detail is on our returns & refunds page.
