Please note:
– Product colours and materials may differ slightly due to natural variation or screen settings.
– Made-to-order furniture is non-refundable unless proven faulty or damaged.

3. Pricing & Payment

4. Shipping & Delivery

Swaye offers UK domestic delivery using a professional 2-man courier service. Estimated delivery time: 7 to 14 working days. Estimated delivery dates are listed on each product page. We will contact you to confirm and schedule delivery. Setup services are available and are non-refundable once completed. We are not liable for any delay caused by events beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Swaye offers a 30-day return and refund policy on standard (non-made-to-order) furniture.
Return Conditions:
– You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
– Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
– Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is damaged or defective.

6. Warranty

All Swaye furniture comes with a 5-year warranty, effective from the date of delivery.
