Swaye – Warranty Policy
At Swaye, every product is crafted with care and attention to detail. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why all items come with a manufacturer-backed warranty that protects you against defects in materials and workmanship. If anything isn’t as it should be, we’ll ensure it’s put right.
Our Promise:
We stand behind the quality of our beds, mattresses, and furniture. If a fault develops during normal household use within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected item or component at no cost to you.
Our goal is always simple: to make things right quickly and fairly.
Warranty periods:
• Mattresses: 5 years
• Bed Frames & Bases: 5 years
• Furniture & Accessories: 5 years
The exact warranty duration for each product will always be displayed on the product page.
What’s Covered:
Your warranty protects against manufacturing issues such as:
• Structural faults or breakage
• Defects in stitching, upholstery, or seams
• Issues with joints, fixings, or support systems
• Mattress sagging beyond the manufacturer’s tolerance
• Failure of materials when used normally and correctly
If the issue is caused by a production error, you are fully covered.
What’s Not Covered:
Our warranty does not apply to:
• Wear and tear that occurs naturally over time
• Damage caused by improper use, storage, or assembly
• Accidental damage (tears, marks, stains, burns, pet damage)
• Comfort changes or preference-based returns
• Mattresses used with an unsuitable base or insufficient support
• Items that have been altered, modified, or repaired by third parties
• Products used in commercial or non-domestic environments
• Issues caused by misuse, negligence, or poor maintenance
To remain eligible, products must be used in a clean, sanitary condition.
How to Make a Claim:
If you believe there is a fault, please contact us so we can help. Email our team at warranty@swaye.co.uk with:
• Your full name
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos or videos clearly showing the problem
Our team will review your claim and respond within 3–5 working days.
If necessary, we may arrange an inspection or collection to assess the product.
What Happens Next:
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:
• Repair of the product
• Replacement of the faulty part
• Exchange for the same or equivalent item
• A refund (only when repair or replacement is not possible)
The most suitable option will be chosen based on the type of fault and product availability.
Replacements & Warranty Coverage:
If a product or component is replaced under warranty:
• The warranty continues from the original purchase date
• The warranty does not restart with the replacement
Proof of Purchase:
To make a warranty claim, you must have:
• Your original order confirmation, email, or receipt
• The product still in your possession
• Clear evidence of the issue
Without proof of purchase, we may not be able to process the claim.
Your Consumer Rights:
This warranty is offered in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If a product is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund even outside the warranty terms.
